BCI has successfully completed the site drainage and utility plans for numerous townhouse and mid-level high-rises in the City of Chicago and in the suburbs. Most of these projects required under-pavement storm water detention. The Chicago projects require approval from the Chicago Department of Water Management and Chicago Department of Transportation. Suburban projects typically also require stormwater detention and MWRD Permitting.
