BCI has a particular specialization in preparing site grading plans for new single family homes and additions. The majority of this work is in the North Shore Communities of Glenview, Northbrook, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Northfield, Maine Township, Northfield Township, Highland Park, Deerfield, Park Ridge, Evanston, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles and Morton Grove.

Because we complete several hundred site plans per year, we have developed templates for most of the communities in the Chicago metropolitan area. Each site is unique, but we have an understanding of what each community specifically requires, because we have already completed numerous projects in that site.

Many of our projects were in the floodplain and required compensatory storage, and Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA. Many projects especially in Winnetka, Glencoe and Northbrook also required stormwater detention for single family developments.
