BCI Civil Engineers is a growing Civil Engineering firm based in Des Plaines, Illinois specializing in preparing site drainage, grading and utility plans for residential and commercial developments. We have successfully completed thousands of projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
BCI is seeking Civil Engineers with a variety of experience to join our team. Particularly, professional engineers with a proven track record of securing and managing CDB, IDOT and municipal projects.
We have a particular specialization in preparing site grading plans for new single family homes (teardowns and additions). The majority of this work is in the North Shore Communities of Glenview, Northbrook, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Northfield, Maine Township, Northfield Township, Highland Park, Deerfield, Park Ridge, Evanston, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles and Morton Grove. We have also completed numerous townhouse and commercial projects in Chicago, and throughout the surrounding suburbs.
A significant number of our projects require Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) and Illinois EPA permits. We have also designed many creative solutions to projects requiring floodplain compensatory storage and storm water detention.
