Bono Consulting provided topographic survey and engineering designs for this new development on the busy Sheridan Road corridor. The designs included coordinating with the gasoline tank and pump system, the car wash plumbing, and designing the site utilities including storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main. A sight-line
Permits were required from Beach Park, IDOT, IEPA, the Illinois State Fire Marshal, and North Shore Sanitary District (NSSD).
