WAREHOUSE AND SHOWROOM EXPANSION TO M&S IMPORTS, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
Bono Consulting provided topographic survey, engineering design and construction observation for this expansion to the existing warehouse and showroom of M&S Imports Tile and Stone. Site design included extensive negotiations with IDOT for the driveway access to Touhy Avenue. The project included design of the driveways and parking lot, with new storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water services. Stormwater detention was provided in StormTrap vaults below the parking lot. Provided As-Built survey.
Permits were required from Elk Grove Village, MWRD and IDOT.
