BONO CONSULTING INC.

Bono Consulting provided topographic survey, engineering design and permit assistance for the site designs of the development. The development consists of 31 new townhomes around a 1/3 acre park with a water fountain and prairie style landscaping. The engineering designs maximized usable surface space by installing the stormwater detention underground in large concrete pipes. The site design also required new water and sanitary sewer mains. Permits were required from Chicago Dept. of Water Management, CDOT and IDOT.
