Bono Consulting Civil Engineers has prepared hundreds of multi-family residential projects in Northeastern Illinois. We have successfully completed projects for new subdivisions; townhouse developments, condominium buildings, high-rise buildings and mixed use developments.
These projects included topographic surveys, site grading plans, erosion control plans, parking lots, driveways, storm sewers, site drainage and grading, site management plans, erosion control plans, water, storm and sanitary services. Many of our projects have incorporated stormwater detention under the yard or inside the lower level of the building to maximize useable space for open areas or parking. We have also assisted our clients with permit applications from MWRD, IDOT, IEPA, Chicago Dept. Water Management, CDOT, and prepared SWPPPs for erosion control.
