Sevee & Maher Engineers (SME) provided engineering design and permitting for the reconstruction of a bulk fuel facility in Hampshire. The project included demolition of the existing open-air bulk fuel facility, new fuel transfer building, tank farm with containment and a new office building with associated site paving and utilities. SME also provided assistance to the client in obtaining building permits for the office and fuel transfer buildings.
