Recently, Bono Consulting was hired for our first-ever projects in Florida, an exciting new opportunity!
We were contracted to prepare site engineering plans for three new multi-family residential buildings in St. Petersburg. These projects consist of renovating existing multi-family apartment buildings with new additions and site improvements, including swimming pools as every good Florida house needs these days!
Bono Consulting designed erosion control, drainage and grading, and utility plans for each of these residential projects.
This opportunity was brought to us by Funke Architects, a Chicago-based architectural firm we partnered successfully with previously and who does architectural work all over the country. Bono Consulting was brought on to prepare plans and permitting, and to address City feedback.
We’re excited to expand our project footprint to the Southeast and look forward to completing these projects in St. Petersburg. We will continue to look for more opportunities in Florida and other states in the future.
