Our Services
Sevee & Maher Engineers (SME) is a professional engineering firm licensed in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, & Wisconsin. We were founded in 1997 and we specialize in preparing the site engineering plans and performing construction oversight for property improvements. We have successfully completed over 4500 projects. Our clients include land developers, property managers, industrial facilities, schools, churches, park districts, architects, contractors and home owners. We specialize in preparing simple drawings for complex projects.
SME’s work includes topographic, utility and tree surveys; site grading, drainage and utility plans; parking lots, driveways and ADA accessibility; water mains, sanitary mains and storm sewers; storm water detention analysis and design; floodplain compensatory storage design, LOMA applications and elevation certificates; IDOT, MWRD, and IEPA permits; and construction bid package preparation, bidding assistance and construction observation.
