Bono Consulting prepared the site engineering drawings for this new storage facility in Tinley Park. By performing a detailed topographic survey of the existing detention pond and storm sewer pipes, we proved that there was adequate detention already existing on the site; therefore, no additional detention was necessary for the new Annex Building. This discovery provided our client with significant construction savings and time. The project has been completed and Extra Space Storage is open for business.
