Bono Consulting was employed by the PKPG Companies to prepare the engineering drawings for this 11-unit townhouse, upscale development at the Glen. Design features included rerouting a stream, providing stormwater detention, and augering the water main under West Lake Avenue. The phase one development required a sanitary lift station and force main, which had to be approved by MWRD. Bono Consulting also provided construction observation and final as-built surveys.
