Orchard Village – Skokie, IL

Orchard Village is a vocational school for individuals with developmental disabilities in Skokie, IL. Orchard Village teamed up with Bono Consulting and AK Architects to prepare the plans and permit applications for the new gymnasium and staff parking lot. This project needed permits from Skokie and MWRD. There was shallow water on site, so the stormwater management facility is a relatively shallow pond with native plantings.
