Bono Consulting provided a topographic survey, engineering design, and permit assistance for Townhomes on the Square’s new 31 townhouses, a 1/3 acre park with a water fountain, and prairie-style landscaping. We helped maximize surface space by designing the stormwater detention underground in large concrete pipes. New water and sanitary sewer mains were also required, so we put together a safe and efficient design per city and county regulations. The project is complete and open for residency.
